Od zawsze chciałam motywować do działania i wreszcie odważyłam się zrobić pierwszy krok. Mam nadzieję, że będziemy spotykać się regularnie. Stań przed lustrem i uśmiechnij się do siebie. Potem uśmiechnij się do kogoś nieznajomego, uśmiechnij się do swoich bliskich. To nic nie kosztuje, a wiele zmienia.
